The Leninsky District Court of Perm has arrested in absentia the former head of Perm's Memorial, Robert Latypov, in a case of attempted smuggling of cultural property (clause "b" of Part 2 of Article 226.1 of the Criminal Code with the application of Part 3 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code). The Kirov District Court of annexed Crimea sentenced Crimean resident Dlyaver Salimov to a year in a penal colony due to a conflict with a gas station attendant who had a cap with the letter Z.
