The third known criminal case under the article on financing the activities of an “undesirable organization” (Part 2 of Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code) was received by the Sterlitamak City Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The relevant information was published on the court’s website. The case materials were received on July 1, the defendant's name is Albina Magadeeva. It is unknown why exactly the woman is being prosecuted.
