The Kaliningrad mayor's office has again refused to approve a rally against the liquidation of a flea market in the city center, reports Novy Kaliningrad. The head of the administration explained the decision by the fact that "holding this public event could create a threat of harm to the cultural heritage site "Wrangel Tower"." The event with an expected number of participants of up to 400 people was planned to be held on August 4.

The security forces have brought charges and announced the completion of the investigation into the case of the former coordinator of the Chelyabinsk "Voice" Natalia Guseva. She is charged with discrediting the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code) due to a repost on Odnoklassniki. This was reported by the woman's lawyer from OVD-Info, Anastasia Stepanova. The woman was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the city.

In Bashkortostan, the investigation into Munir Isyangildin's participation in a public gathering in Baimak has been completed.
