In Yekaterinburg, an officer who opposed the war in Ukraine was convicted of 18 years in the case of Gosizmen
The Central District Military Court in Yekaterinburg sentenced to 18 years the colony of officer Evgeny Alakaev, accused of Gosizmen (Article 275 of the Criminal Code) and the illegal receipt and distribution of information constituting GOSTIN (Clause 2, Article 283.1 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the project "Support for political prisoners. Memorial". For the first five years, Alakaev should leave in prison, and the remaining term in a maximum security colony.
