22-year-old resident of Murmansk Rafael Mamedov has been in a pre-trial detention center for more than six months due to the administration of the Free Lapland channel. His friend told OVD-Info about this. The group dedicated to the Murmansk region published memes, photographs, as well as facts from the history and mythology of the region. Mamedov is charged with participation in the activities of a terrorist organization (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code).

The Vidnovsky City Court of the Moscow Region sentenced 23-year-old ex-stewardess Varvara Volkova to seven years in prison in the case of spreading “fakes” about the Russian army motivated by political hatred (clause “d”, part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the joint press service of the regional courts. Volkova was also banned from administering websites for three years.
