The decision on this was signed by the chief sanitary doctor of St. Petersburg Natalya Bashkova. Also, a planned visit to the clinic, a planned restorative and sanatorium-resort treatment, fell under the ban. The exception is those who are directed to rehabilitation directly from the hospitals.
