Higher School of Economics has compiled a rating of Russian cities for cultural capital
The Higher School of Economics (Higher School of Economics) conducted a study of the cultural potential of Russian cities. Petrozavodsk became the leader of this rating, Izvestia reports. Belgorod, Tomsk, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Saransk, Yakutsk, Kaliningrad, Yekaterinburg and Irkutsk were also included in the top ten cities with the greatest cultural potential. Petersburg took 13th place in the ranking, Moscow-28th place.
