The tax burden on oil companies should be reduced to the global level - 56-58% of profit, the First Deputy Minister of Finance Sergey Shatalov said in an interview with AK & M. According to his estimates, the current nominal tax burden on oil workers is 70-75%, the company, using spaces in the legislation, pay about 60%. Shatalov, the main ideologist of the second part of the Tax Code, believes that a decrease in nominal taxes will solve the problem of transfer (intra -corporate) prices.
