The second round of the Tula elections may not take place due to the refusal of Starodubtsev’s rivals from the struggle for the governor's post
The second round of the Tula elections, from the very beginning accompanied by scandals, may not take place. As we already wrote, following Andrei Samoshin, Viktor Sokolovsky and Andrei Brezhnev refused to participate in the elections, candidates who, respectively, took third and fourth places in the first round. Thus, the leader of Vasily Starodubtsev does not have not only a real, but also a potential opponent, and the elections cannot be non -alternative.
