Human rights activists read 40,000 names of victims of repression at Lubyanka
On Monday evening, the 12-hour “ Return of Names reports ” event, dedicated to the memory of victims of political repression, ended at the Solovetsky Stone on Lubyanka Square in Moscow, Ekho Moskvy . The event, which was attended by several dozen people, was organized by the International Historical, Educational and Human Rights Society “Memorial” on the eve of October 30, when Russia will celebrate the Day of Remembrance for Victims of Political Repression.
