General Staff: In Russia, the number of slope is growing
In Russia, the number of citizens who evade military service is growing. According to the deputy chief of the General Staff, Colonel General Vasily Smirnov, the total number of citizens who dodged military service increased from 5849 in the spring of 2008 to 8195 in the spring of 2009, RBC reports. However, taking into account a significant increase in the volume of calling, their share was reduced from 4.4% to 2.7%, respectively.
