Convicted for espionage in favor of Russia, an employee of the CIA continued to "work" in prison
Former CIA employee, 59-year-old Harold Nicholson, sentenced in 1997 to 23 years in prison for espionage in favor of Russia, will set off another 8 years. Such a decision was made on November 18 by the Oregon District Court in Portland. In November last year, Nicholson admitted that, while in prison, he tried through an intermediary to receive a reward for espionage activities in the past, ITAR-TASS reports.
