The Ministry of Health “took” part of the authority from the department of the chief sanitary doctor Gennady Onishchenko, the Komsomolskaya Pravda website reports. On Thursday, the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development, Alexander Safonov, said that the Ministry of Health and Social Development, and not Rospotrebnadzor, will now approve the sanitary standards and rules in Russia.
