Boris Gromov, as the Governor of the Moscow Region, will be replaced by a federal -level politician who will complete the Big Moscow project. It is reported by Kommersant with reference to its sources in United Russia. In the suburbs, the most likely candidates for the post of governor are considered the heads of the Ministry of Regional Development, Viktor Basargin and the Ministry of Emergencies, Sergei Shoigu, as well as the head of the Supreme Council of United Russia Boris Gryzlov.
