In New Moscow, their “quarters for the poor” may appear
Andrei Bokov, President of the Union of Architects of Russia Andrei Bokov, is offered to create individual houses for poorly protected categories of citizens in the territory of New Moscow, Izvestia reports. Typical apartments or cottages are proposed to be developed for people with disabilities, elderly people, migrants and students. Experts considered that transferring social housing to annexed territories will be much more profitable than to build it in "old" Moscow.
