The State Duma forbade to place advertising on the walls and asphalt
The State Duma on Wednesday approved the amendments to the law on advertising in the first reading, which, in particular, establishes a ban on outdoor advertising on the walls and sidewalks, Interfax reports. The bill prohibits the application of advertising images or inscriptions on the outer walls, roofs and other designs of buildings, structures, buildings, on public transport stops, the surface of cycling and pedestrian paths, sidewalks, and the roadway.
