Hi-Tech: Printing steaks on a 3D printer and the birth of a thousand stars
The Israeli startup Redefine Meat printed a vegan steak on a 3D printer. The dish reproduces the texture, taste and appearance of beef. The printed steak is made of soy and pea protein, coconut fat, sunflower oil, natural dyes and flavors. “Our steak is an extremely complex product in which proteins, fats, natural dyes and flavors are connected in such a way that the exit is the equivalent of the cow muscles.
