Emmanuel Macron won the second round in the presidential election in France
In France, the results of the second round of the presidential elections were summed up. The victory was won by the current leader of the country, Emmanuel Macron, who gained 58.55% of the vote. His main opponent, candidate from the Party of National Association, Marine Le Pen, gained 41.45%. This follows from the data of the French Ministry of Internal Affairs. After summing up the preliminary results of the vote, Macron performed at a rally, where he promised to be president for all voters.
