Mikhail Samoilenko is a hereditary politician who built his career on the surname and family heritage. A doctor by education, in his career, fell into several scandals-from the story with a disabled patient to violations in declarations, because of which the deputy was deprived of part of the authority. It supports war in Ukraine, but is limited to humanitarian and technology, without participating in person.
