Elections as mass psychosis-2
Every job has a purpose. In order to achieve a goal, you need to move, that is, work. If the goal is to produce something very large in a limited time, a lot of people are needed. People need to be forced to work. Over thousands of years, humanity has developed two main ways to attract their own kind to work. First: exchange labor for something of equivalent value. For example, give money to a worker. The second way: exchange labor for a guarantee of maintaining the status quo.

Did the Black PR begin in the Ulyanovsk region?
I walked in his area. I saw the houses, glued with this. Naturally, there are no output data on posters. Illegal agitation, smelling of a large provocation. There are not many options: 1.

About grants and grantees
In recent days, at the suggestion of citizen V.V. Putin. The topic of grants and grant recipients has become fashionable. “Grantee” is such a dirty word now. Meanwhile, the majority of foreign grants (I think 99 percent) are aimed at supporting our science and culture. Without them, many of our scientists and artists would not be able to work. There are, of course, grants for the development of institutions of a democratic society. I don't see anything wrong with this.

Ave Maria!
This is not a text in the Journal and not an attempt to once again express or clarify my opinion about what happened. This is the most sincere repentance. The great Orthodox shrine has left us, emotions have subsided somewhat, and the time has come for enlightenment. Naturally, I did not participate in the vicious persecution that radical atheists and atheists carried out against millions of believers trying to touch the belt of the Virgin Mary.

Ivanov at the stop
In St. Petersburg, unknown activists write “crooks and thieves” on the posters of United Russia, for some reason, the statement is most often found at public transport stops, apparently people have nothing to take their hands. It is one thing if the radicals aggressively configured to the party go to a feat like a rearrangement of letters on a giant transparen from Osra.

Army and budget
Bonapartism in Russia is developing due to the crisis of the political system, and the crisis of the political system is aggravated by Bonapartism. So it turned out to be a vicious circle. Vicious circle. Ubiquitous mutual responsibility. Napoleon Bonaparte is Vladimir Putin, and Louis Bonaparte is Dmitry Medvedev.

Forward to the elections - to the state of victorious idiocy?
The long bus route with a transfer in a provincial town became an unexpected revelation for me. Namely, an hour-long wait at the bus station, which helped me open my eyes to some aspects of social reality :)) At the station I visited, excuse the details, a public place called a paid toilet. And to my amazement, I discovered that at the entrance, visitors were given free... propaganda booklets of the famous Party. Here it is, the use of administrative resources taken to the point of absurdity!

Heads of precinct election commissions were given instructions on "feng shui"
An acquaintance, who became the chairman of one of the precinct election commissions (PECs) in Saratov, surprised me with a message today. He was summoned to the administration of the district in which the polling station was located, where some people gave detailed recommendations on how to behave in the elections. Some people offered money, but he did not take it. Not a lot of money. Their number will depend on the percentage of EdRa in these elections.

Chronicles of Absurdistan: elections in South Ossetia
The Kremlin's policy towards South Ossetia and Abkhazia (probably this is also true for Transnistria) initially contained a strategic flaw, a political miscalculation. In the minds of Moscow politicians, the identity of the local population was reduced to opposition to Georgia. In a certain sense, this was a projection of Russian identity (Russians oppose the whole world and thereby define themselves) onto completely different peoples. Not even nations, but very specific groups.

A preferential lending system is being created for orphans in the Vladimir region
The Vladimir region is working to create a system of preferential mortgage lending for orphans and large families. As the speaker of the legislative assembly of Vladimirskaya Kiselev said at a meeting with the Children's Ombudsman of Russia Pavel Astakhov, the regional government is considering several options for preferential mortgages. “One of the ways is to reduce interest rates on mortgage loans; in addition, mortgage participants can receive budget subsidies,” he explained.

Translation of requalification
I am not a professional lawyer, in no way do I pretend to be a specialist in this field, and certainly cannot be an expert in this particular case. I am just an ordinary citizen who for the last forty years, with an absolutely amateur interest in the history and practice of justice, has been reading materials from trials over the past several centuries in Europe and North America. And only from these positions I want to share my thoughts about what happened with a certain Vladimir Makarov.
