Residents of the village of Kadom, evacuated due to rising water levels in the Moksha River, are returning to their homes, reports the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Ryazan Region. “In the village of Kadom, over the past 24 hours, the water level in the Moksha River has dropped by 8 centimeters and is 762 centimeters. 6 streets, 67 residential buildings with a population of 83 people (including 8 children) remain flooded.
