A little late we publish it, of course, but better late than never :) We supply the material with pictures that have already been published - they are here as possible. Enjoy reading!

On the death of Vasily Belov
Photo: ITAR-TASS Writer Vasily Belov has died. They write that Belov suffered a stroke when he learned that the church he had restored in his home village of Timonikha had been plundered by fellow villagers. If this story is true, it is doubly tragic: Belov witnessed not only barbarity. He saw the death of his ideal.

United front
Of the many different protests that have taken place recently in Europe, I would like to highlight two. And both of them are extremely revealing. In November, the ruling circles of the European Union observed many different actions. Nationwide strikes, rallies and demonstrations took place across the countries of the southern eurozone. Things came to a point of clashes with the police. There were especially large clashes in Madrid, where law enforcement officers literally attacked protesters.

Why be ashamed that you are smart and well done?
Winter, as usual, came unexpectedly and it turned out that not all children from our sponsored boarding school have winter clothes and shoes. And therefore, I ask you to help in collecting winter things. We need shoes from 31 sizes (and more), and outerwear from 128cm. There is no upper border, because in the boarding school children study up to 21 years old. For those who do not know - a little history: the boarding school is located in the city of Buy of the Kostroma region .

Eshtykol plateau, land of wandering water...
There are many beautiful places in Altai, but, unfortunately, not all are as praised by tourists as, for example, Belukha or Lake Teletskoye. Today I want to tell you about the Eshtykol plateau, a small plateau with numerous lakes and streams. It is located near the village of Chitib, Ulagansky district, Altai Republic. A “classic” trail runs through the plateau leading to the Shavlinsky lakes. It is mostly transit, and people often pass through it.

Who gets up early, he will die early
Photo: RIA Novosti/Pavel Lisitsyn Many processes in the human body are subordinate to the daily and seasonal fluctuations, the rhythm of which set special "internal watches". They synchronize the work of various systems with external stimuli and with each other - and, say, at certain hours of day we are most active, and in others we begin to peck our nose.

PSC will deal with vulnerable groups in the penitentiary system
On December 4-5, representatives of public monitoring commissions for places of forced detention (POC) from the regions of Russia discuss “Respect for the rights of vulnerable groups of prisoners: disabled people, people with mental disorders” and develop a plan for systemic changes in the area to which it is time to pay attention. Quite recently, my colleague Victoria Gromova and I visited a prison hospital in Voronezh and also could not help but intervene.
