On New Year's Eve, the Sreetart and Ubri team completed the Online Wish Wand project. On a specially created website www.dream-wall.ru, everyone could leave his most cherished dream, comment and photographs to it. Hundreds of people entrusted us with their desires and dreams, which professional artists depicted in large -scale graffiti on the wall of one of the houses in the center of Yekaterinburg.

There are two of us in the car - I and a driver named Shurik. We are waiting for when it will be possible to drive to free the car from the cargo. Shurik says that it is sometimes simply impossible to go to the waste landfill. The road is cleaned poorly, there are a lot of cars, and you have to wait for your turn for two hours. Shurik says that not only garbage from container tanks, but also old furniture, household appliances are taken to the landfill.

Today I was shocked how journalists from the regional media noted with pathos that in the Altai Territory: “The volume of government investment in innovation and nanotechnology amounted to 30 million rubles, reports the website of the regional administration with reference to the Main Economic Directorate.” Apparently, it is designed for the common man to compare the figure of 30 million with his pension and salary and rejoice.

Russia doesn’t need its own democracy, it doesn’t need a free economy - give us an effective judicial system! And then, they say, everything will work out by itself. This is one of the favorite theses of the famous Russian political scientist Sergei Karaganov. You will laugh, but it seems that I have discovered a country very close to Russia where Mr. Karaganov’s dream may seem close to coming true. Well, almost close... This is Kyrgyzstan.

Since the majority of humanity accepted monotheism, that is, believed that there is only ONE God, the world has fallen (what a paradox!) into paganism. Like the Ilfopetrovsky children of Lieutenant Schmidt, countless religions, denominations, churches, sects, creeds, religious teachers, and so on and so forth appeared... And millions of parishioners of these religions believe that their God is the truest. Ancient and ancient times must not have known such a number of gods.

Russian cultural figures wrote down appeals to citizens asking them to be sure to come to the March. Director Eldar Ryazanov also called for people to go to the March, saying that “children cannot be bargaining chips for politicians.” Participants in the “March” are going to carry about 600 portraits of the “scoundrels” who voted for the “Dima Yakovlev Law” in two chambers of the Russian Parliament.

The chief doctor of the central city hospital (CHH) of Kineshma, Ivanovo region, is suspected of receiving a large bribe, a representative of the ICR Investigative Directorate for the region told Interfax on Friday. According to investigators, at the beginning of 2012, an agreement was concluded between the Central City Hospital and the Ivanovo branch of OJSC VimpelCom to place cellular base station equipment on the technical floor of the hospital building.

To begin with, about the march on January 13th. For once I even regret that there won’t be a rally - oh, did I write that, who is against all sorts of rallies lately? Yes, it’s a pity that there won’t be a rally. Because there is something to say. And specifically about Dima Yakovlev, Lord, forgive us, sinners, for having worn out his name even in the next world. For example, do you know that such cases happen a lot in America, especially in hot states?

It is surprising (or is it natural?) with what fury the Internet public attacked the proposal of Orthodox Archpriest Dmitry Smirnov to introduce a tax on childlessness. The current rotting Russian Orthodox Church irritates many - this is a fact, and besides, Smirnov presented this initiative from the perspective of the biased topic of child adoption. Like, you can’t have your own children, so take them from the orphanage.

The first working days of the new year brought with it heated debates about migration. A famous French actor suddenly migrated to our country. The President, who ordered the immediate issuance of a passport to him, simultaneously submitted to the Duma a bill stating that it is advisable to live at the place of registration - and, in fact, a whole package of proposals regarding migration regulation.

“United Russia” has gotten rid of the label “party of swindlers and thieves,” said the head of the faction in the State Duma, Vladimir Vasiliev, during a press conference on the occasion of the professional holiday of an employee of the Russian prosecutor’s office. In his opinion, this is a great merit of the Prosecutor General's Office. “You really helped us get away from the label that our political competitors gave us.

John-Kronstadt Convent, refectory, the abbess of the monastery, Mother Theodora, reads poetry while we drink tea. It is very cool in the refectory - there was a fire in the monastery recently, and the boiler room is not working now. We are without outerwear, the tea is hot and strong. Mother reads for a long time and evenly, in a soft but strong voice. The novices (?) bring food to nearby tables; in the corner, near a rack of outerwear, men humbly crowd - workers in the monastery.
