In Kaliningrad, they adopted the law against the "propaganda of homosexuality"
The Kaliningrad Regional Duma adopted in the second and final reading a bill prohibiting the "propaganda of pedophilia, sexual relations with minors, sodist, lesbianism, bisexualism," New Kaliningrad reports. Most deputies voted for the bill. Only deputy Solomon Ginzburg made with sharp criticism. He suggested that after the law comes into force from bookstores, part of the literature would have to be removed.
