The presidential election ended in Iran
In Iran, the presidential election ended. Seven people are running for the post of head of state. The leading candidates are Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, who was already held by the presidential post, and the ex -minister of education, supporter of the reforms Mustafa Moin. According to Iran, both candidates will receive an approximately equal number of votes. However, since none of them will gain the necessary 50 percent, apparently, the second round of voting will have to be held.
