Ilya Zimin's suspect was left in custody
The court in Kisenev (Moldova) left Igor Velchev, suspected of killing the NTV journalist Ilya Zimin, for another three months. The courts have already extended the term of preliminary imprisonment three times. Velichev was detained in Moldova at the end of June last year on suspicion of the murder of a Russian journalist. NTV correspondent Ilya Zimin was found dead in his apartment in February last year. Experts believe that he died of cranial-lice injuries.

In Moscow, a ceremony of reburial of the ashes of General of the White Army Vladimir Kappel was held. It was attended by about a thousand people. General Kappel died in 1920 near Irkutsk. At first he was buried in Chita, then the associates transported the remains of the general to the Chinese city of Harbin. In the 50s, his grave was destroyed.
