Qatar can buy 10% of EADS shares
The Catari State Investment Company, according to its leader, can buy up to 10% of the shares of the European aerospace consortium EADS, which includes Airbus, the world's largest producer of passenger airliners. In 2006, Airbus business was unprofitable-for the first time in the 35-year history of the company. Its shares fell into 18%per year, while the main competitor of Airbus, the American company Boeing,, on the contrary, went up by 26%.
