A new version of the Bankruptcy Law of Russian citizens. Who will be easier to repay the debt
Irina Lagunina: The Russian government discusses a new version of the draft law on private bankruptcies. It provides for the possibility of preferential repayment of the debt accumulated by a citizen to banks, if he suddenly is unable to repay this debt. Compared to last year’s versions of the bill, now the border beyond which the debt is falling under preferential repayment is halved. And many procedures for the alleged installment plan of payments repeat the practice of Western countries.
