In Kazakhstan, five alleged organizers of the riots in the city of Zhanaozen, which occurred at the end of last week, were detained. This is reported today by Interfax with reference to the commandant of Zhanaozen Amanzhola Kabilov. The names of the detainees are not specified. As Kabilov noted, according to the latest data, 14 people were killed as a result of riots, 99 were injured.
