New York prohibits electronic cigarettes
The City Council of New York, on the last working day of 2013, 43 votes against 8 banned the use of electronic cigarettes in places where smoking is not allowed today: restaurants, bars, city parks. Most experts agree that electronic cigarettes are much less dangerous than tobacco, but at the same time it is believed that they, like cigarettes, cause users dependence on nicotine. The safety of these products is also not confirmed, according to the New York correspondent of Radio Liberty.
