The HRC calls for the release of a Russian journalist detained in Kyiv
The head of the Council for Human Rights under the President of Russia, Mikhail Fedotov, called on the Ukrainian authorities to immediately release the Russian journalist Andrei Kiselev, detained today in Kyiv. Fedotov also demanded to provide Kiselev, who, according to colleagues, was beaten by police officers, medical care and punish the guilty people in the detention of a journalist.
