Yanukovych: The police acts legally, the danger in radicals

The law enforcement agencies, in turn, urge demonstrators to disperse. President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said that "law enforcement agencies work within the framework of their powers, within the framework of the law," and radical citizens pose the main danger.
