The Kuntsevsky court of Moscow on Friday is expected to pronounce the sentenced by the accused in extremism by the nationalist Maxim Martsinkevich, known by the nickname "Tesac". Previously, the state prosecution during the debate asked for the defendant to be sentenced to five years in prison in a maximum security colony. The defense insisted in court on an acquittal, since, according to lawyers, there is no corpus delicti in the actions of Martsinkevich.
