Petersburg Freedom. "The national treasure must not be maintained by handouts"
This spring, a monument of federal significance burned in Koltusha near St. Petersburg, the house of the famous physiologist, the pride of Russian science, academician, Nobel laureate Ivan Pavlov. In the scientific town in Koltusha there are a dozen more monuments that are terrifying and can die at any moment. The leadership of the I.P. Pavlov Institute of Physiology repeatedly asked for money for their maintenance, but the requests were not heard.
