In London, art critic Igor Golomstok is killed
On July 12, art critic Igor Naumovich Golomstok died in a London hospital. He was 88 years old. The father of Golomstok, engineer Naum Kodzhak, who came from the Crimean Karaites family, was arrested in 1934, and the son was given the surname of his mother. Golomstatka worked in restoration workshops and in the department of mobile exhibitions of the Ministry of Culture, in the Fine Museum named after Pushkin.
