An illustrative photo The Russian State Duma in the first reading adopted a bill on blocking sites for refusing to delete information recognized by the court defaming honor, dignity or business reputation. The bill was developed and submitted in early April by the United Russia faction. 341 deputy voted, two refrained, no one voted against. Currently, for the refusal to delete information that, by decision of the court, was recognized as a defamatory honor, in Russia only fines are provided.
