Vladimir Razuvaev - historian, doctor of political sciences, professor. He taught at the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University, at the Russian State Humanitarian University, the Russian Academy of National Economy and Civil Service, as an invited professor at Chicago University. He was an adviser to two foreign ministers of the USSR - Eduard Shevardnadze and Boris Pankin. As an expert, adviser and consultant, he participated in election campaigns of the federal and regional levels.
