The ECHR recognized the prohibition of replacement therapy in Russia legal
The European Court of Human Rights rejected the complaint of three Russians about the ban on drug addiction in Russia using methadone and buusrerfin. In his lawsuit filed a few years ago, Alexei Kurmanaevsky, Ivan Anoshkin and Irina Abdyusheva stated that the treatment in Russia did not help them, and asked to apply replacement therapy in respect of them, in which they use drugs containing opioids.
