"The empire is incompatible with the modern world." Will Russia go by a federation?
In September this year, elections to the State Duma and 39 regional legislative assemblies will be held in Russia. The four Duma parties ("United Russia", "Fair Russia", the Communist Party, LDPR) has been irremovable for three convocations in a row, since 2007. Will the current elections become another shuffling of the familiar deck, or before the "Unified Voting Day" society will receive at least a limited opportunity to discuss real problems?
