In Belarus, a draft amendments to the Constitution has been published, which, in particular, give the president inviolability. "The president has inviolability, his honor and dignity are protected by law. The president who has stopped fulfilling his powers cannot be held accountable for actions committed in connection with the exercise of the presidential powers," the new version of the Constitution says. It is also proposed to ban the same person to be the president of more than two terms.
