Ukraine: Russian -speaking media must duplicate in Ukrainian

It is not forbidden to release their products in other languages, for example, Russian, but those publishers who want to use this right will need to publish the same circulation in Ukrainian. A similar requirement for local media will enter into force later, on July 16, 2024.
