To explain the Kremlin strategy in relation to Europe by checking the strength of the first winter frost has already become a common place. Conventionally, these plans can be called as follows: "When the frosts hit, you will become more accommodating and zeal in defense of Ukraine will decrease." What will actually become more important for Europeans: your own wallet or fate of Ukrainians, your own comfort and well -being or a matter of morality?

Vladimir Putin announced the annexation of four regions of Ukraine. Most of them are occupied by the Russian army. In the captured territories and in some cities of Russia, pseudo -referendums with the necessary Kremlin were arranged. For the so -called "collective West", with which the President of Russia fights, the results of these votes mean nothing, as well as for Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine accused the Russian military of shelling the columns of civilian cars in the northeast of the Kharkov region. It is alleged that at least 24 people, including 13 children, died as a result of the shelling. According to the head of the Kharkov administration, Oleg Sinegubov, 20 people were killed.
