Bloomberg: Russian authorities can withdraw 50% of net profit from state -owned companies
The Russian authorities decided to oblige state companies to pay increased dividends, to demand a “one -time payment” from fertilizer and coal producers, as well as reduce non -boronal expenses. This, according to Bloomberg, states, said in the document signed by the head of the Russian government, Mikhail Mishustin, drawn up in mid -December. Officially, such a document was not reported.
