Japan has expanded sanctions against Russia for war in Ukraine
From February 3, Japan will ban the export of vaccines, medical equipment and robots to Russia as part of the sanctions imposed on Moscow for a military invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Economics, Trade and Industry of Japan. From the same day, a ban on the sale of equipment for nuclear facilities, oil and natural gas exploration is introduced to Russia. In addition, the list includes equipment for detecting explosives, portable generators, laser welding machines.
