The Central Bank of the Russian Federation can be overwhelmed by blocking the sites of organizations conducting illegal financial transactions on the Internet in any domain zone and in any jurisdiction. The Central Bank discusses the bill with the Ministry of Communications, according to which the Russian financial regulator will be able to demand blocking the website of financial pyramids in pre -trial order.
