Transtelcom held a trunk Internet channel from Russia in the DPRK
The subsidiary of Russian Railways Transtelcom (TTK) provided users from North Korea Infrastructure for Internet access. North Korea received a second channel from Russia to connect to the Internet. Previously, the DPRK gained access to the network only through the China United Network Communications LTD ( China Unicom ), but now the Internet Koreans will provide a subsidiary of Russian Railways - Transtelekom.
