The Presidium of the Supreme Court of Russia approved a new procedure for publishing judicial acts. The Presidium of the Supreme Court of Russia approved new rules for the publication of judicial acts, according to which it will no longer be possible to hide the names of plaintiffs and defendants, judges, lawyers and prosecutors in open documents. In addition, the amounts awarded to the citizen, including as compensation for moral damage, will become public information.
