The European Commission gave rise to public consultations for the development of a pan-European “observation list to combat counterfeit and piracy” (Counterfeit and Piracy Watch-List). This initiative is part of the European Commission for the creation of a reliable system for ensuring intellectual property rights, outlined in November 2017.

The Ministry of Finance prepares a bill on transactions with cryptocurrencies providing for taxation and rigid sanctions for the use of “monetary surrogates”, and the Central Bank opposed the exchange of cryptocurrencies for rubles.
