A rally was held on Sakharov Square in Moscow, which gathered more than 12,000 people, and in St. Petersburg the protest against the Internet censorship ended. On April 30, 2018, a rally consistent with the city authorities against Telegram blocking was held on Sakharov Avenue in Moscow. The organizer of the action is the Libertarian Party of Russia.
