In accordance with the program “Digital Economy”, the Center for Competence is involved in “Ensuring the technological independence and safety of the functioning of hardware and data processing infrastructure”. The Ministry of Economic Development has prepared a draft Decree of the Russian Government “On the Center for competencies on import substitution in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT) and amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation”.
